Responsibilities: •Collaborate with project teams to create and modify building information models (BIMs) for construction projects •Assist in the development of 3D models, 2D drawings, and other project documentation •Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient BIM implementation •Perform quality checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications •Assist in the implementation of BIM processes and standards across projects Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field •Strong understanding of building construction and design principles •Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Bentley MicroStation, Vectorworks) •Excellent communication and teamwork skills •Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Preferred Skills: •Familiarity with construction project management processes •Knowledge of industry standards such as COBie and IFC •Experience with clash detection and coordination processes •Understanding of sustainable design principles •Familiarity with laser scanning and point cloud data manipulation,
